The mission of Southeast Community Health Systems is to serve the medically underserved regardless of their inability to pay. We strive to provide comprehensive, primary and preventative health care to improve the health and wellness of the communities we serve.
Our vision is to be the leader in primary and preventative care excellence. We envision a quality community health system that provides primary and preventative care as well as resources necessary for patients to take charge of their health care needs.
